Renter & Tenant Services

Thank you for selecting Advantage Pointe Properties when researching rental homes in the greater Albuquerque, New Mexico area.

We manage rental homes throughout the  Albuquerque area, including houses for rent in Cedar Crest, Corrales, Bernalillo, Los Lunas, Placitas, Rio Rancho, Sandia Park and Tijeras.

An application for tenancy of any of our available rental properties is available on the “Applicant & Tenant Forms” page.

Following are answers to some questions you may have about the Advantage Pointe Properties application process or services available once you become a tenant.

Services for Renters

  • Showing of homes by an Advantage Pointe Properties property manager (call us at (505) 205-1581 to schedule a time to see any of our available rental homes. We are available when you are!);
  • Rental application available on-line (see "Applicant & Tenant Forms" page);
  • 48 hour (or less) application process when all necessary information is submitted;
  • Homes available for move-in within 48 hours of application approval;
  • All exterior locks and dead-bolts re-keyed prior to move-in; and
  • Final inspection of rental home by property manager no more that 48 hours before the move-in date.
Services for Tenants
  • All tenant forms not requiring a property managers signature are available on-line
    (see "Applicant & Tenant Forms" page);
  • 24 hour emergency maintenance hot line (Call us any time at (505) 205-1581. If necessary, leave a message and we will respond within the hour);
  • Quarterly inspections of the rental home;
  • Regularly scheduled conversions of evaporative cooling systems and furnaces;
  • Regularly scheduled service of refrigerated air cooling systems and furnaces;
  • Monthly account statements available on-line;
  • Internet access to all tenant specific information via Advantage Pointe Properties Tenant Portal;
  • Maintenance/Repair Request form available on-line (see "Maintenance Request" page);
  • Timely and effect response to all maintenance and repair requests; and
  • More!
